ForgeFast Exterior Elite 2000 Wood Screws 4x50mm (Box of 300)
High-performance ForgeFast exterior wood screws with Elementech 2000 coating for superior corrosion resistance. Ideal for all weather conditions.
The ForgeFast Exterior Elite 2000 Pozi Compatible Wood Screws are engineered for superior performance in both commercial and residential exterior applications. Featuring the advanced Elementech 2000 Coating System, these screws offer exceptional corrosion resistance, proven to withstand 2,000 hours in salt spray tests simulating harsh coastal environments.
Designed for efficiency, these screws boast advanced thread technology and a POZI-compatible recess for quicker, easier installation without the need for pre-drilling. The double cutting point minimises splitting and drive time while enabling penetration through 0.8mm steel. Additionally, the serrated cutting thread ensures a firm fix with reduced drive torque and enhanced pull-out resistance. The anti-friction thread prevents timber 'jacking' and rotation, further reducing the risk of splitting.
Key features include a reinforced countersunk neck for improved holding power, 6 angled lobes for better countersinking, and a universally accepted POZI®-compatible head. CE-approved for load-bearing timber construction, these screws combine durability with environmental friendliness thanks to their Non-Cr, Cr3+ zinc surface coating, which lasts up to 30 times longer than standard zinc coatings.
Ideal for exterior use in treated and untreated wood, the ForgeFast Exterior Elite 2000 screws deliver reliable, long-lasting performance in all weather conditions.
