The patented drill and drive thread significantly reduces splitting in timber, prevents 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and delivers increased pull-out resistance for a firmer fix. Their sharp point ensures quick penetration, even capable of piercing 0.8mm steel.
For long-lasting corrosion resistance, these screws are coated with Elementech 400, which provides protection up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating is free from Cr6+ and has been Salt Spray tested to 400 hours. Suitable for interior applications, they combine performance with convenience—each box includes a Torx® compatible bit.
