ForgeFix M12 x 200mm Hex Head Lightning Bolts, Box of 5
ForgeFix self-threading hex head bolts (M12 x 200mm) for stress-free masonry fixings. High load capacity & anti-corrosion.
The ForgeFix M12 x 200mm Hex Head Lightning Bolts provide a virtually stress-free fixing solution, ideal for close-to-edge applications. These self-threading bolts allow for quick and easy installation in most masonry fixing scenarios. Simply screw them into a pre-drilled hole, eliminating the need for a sleeve or plug. Their through-fixing design removes the hassle of marking and re-positioning, ensuring a seamless installation process.
Thanks to their high load capacity, these bolts offer exceptional strength by interlocking their threads into the base material. The 'Elementech' coating provides superior anti-corrosion resistance, proven to last up to 1,000 hours in salt spray tests.
Applications
These bolts are widely used for:
- Fixing battens, balustrades, and handrails
- Securing racking and holding down machinery
- Various other installation applications in construction
They are suitable for most masonry substrates, including concrete, brickwork, hollow blocks, and bricks, thanks to their thread-type anchoring along the full length of the fixing.
