The ForgeFix Spectre PZ Wood Screw incorporates premium screw features into an advanced multi-purpose wood screw. These high-quality screws feature a countersunk Pozidrive-compatible head and are fully threaded up to 50mm with a sawtooth thread design that prevents wood splitting. Screws 50mm and above also include a reamer to prevent jacking.
Each screw is surface-hardened and has a quick-start Type 17 slash point for easy insertion. The zinc yellow passivated finish ensures excellent corrosion resistance, while the electroplating process, similar to galvanising but with a yellow dye, provides an aesthetically pleasing finish.
