ForgeFix TechFast Composite Panel Screws 5.5x70mm, Box of 100
Self-drilling steel hex screws with EPDM washers for secure composite panel fixing to steel frames. Corrosion-resistant & fireproof.
The ForgeFix TechFast Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screws provide an exceptional fastening solution for joining composite panels to steel frame buildings. Engineered with a precise No.3 drill tip, these screws self-drill into light gauge steel up to 5mm thick without requiring pre-drilling, saving time during installation.
A key feature is their compression control thread, which prevents damage and denting of sensitive composite panels during fastening. Each screw comes with a 19mm EPDM rubber washer to ensure a weather-tight seal and protect against water ingress.
These screws offer outstanding durability, featuring an Elementech corrosion-resistant coating that has been salt spray tested to 1,000 hours. This makes them ideal for environments where fire and corrosion resistance are essential.
Compliant with EU Safety, Health and Environmental requirements, these screws provide peace of mind for both commercial and industrial applications. Their robust construction ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions while maintaining panel integrity.
