IRWIN 8mm Mortar Rake Starter Kit with Carbide Tips
Efficient mortar removal with IRWIN’s carbide-tipped rake kit. Fits most grinders, includes adjustable depth control & reduction rings.
The IRWIN Carbide Tipped Mortar Rake Starter Kit is a high-performance power tool accessory designed for fast and efficient mortar and cement joint removal in brickwork repointing applications. It is also ideal for chasing out channels when installing cables, pipes, and switchboxes.
This kit includes 3 aluminium reduction rings (41mm, 42.5mm, and 43mm), ensuring compatibility with most popular angle grinders on the market. The adjustable sole plate provides consistent clearance depth while being less intrusive to surrounding brickwork, making it a superior alternative to demolition chisels or grinding discs, which can cause unintended damage.
