The C2 Carbide Tip can drill through materials up to 50 Rockwell C hardness and is four-facetted ground to reduce drilling pressure and ensure perfect centring. The durable Chrome Vanadium Steel body, hardened to 56 Rockwell C, provides long-lasting strength and resistance.
Usage Recommendations
- For optimal performance, use a 3-6% emulsion coolant during drilling to extend the lifespan of the drill bit.
- Suitable for stationary machinery only—not recommended for hand-held drills.
