IRWIN Marples M444 Bevel Edge Chisel Set, Blue Handle, 4 Piece (6-25mm)
Professional 4-piece chisel set with carbon steel blades & impact-resistant handles for precision woodworking.
The IRWIN Marples M444 Series Blue Chip Bevel Edge Chisels combine professional craftsmanship with ergonomic design for precision woodworking. Featuring high-impact blue plastic handles, these chisels are contoured for maximum control and comfort, with a radiused grip that reduces fatigue during extended use. Designed for mallet use, the handles absorb impact, making them suitable for both precise hand work and heavier striking applications.
The chisels boast solid one-piece forged bolsters with bevel-edged blades, crafted from premium carbon steel for exceptional durability. Each blade is tempered along its full length, with the last 25mm hardened to prolong working life. The annealed edge maintains its sharpness longer yet remains easy to resharpen when needed.
This practical 4-piece set includes the most useful sizes for general woodworking tasks: 6mm (1/4in), 12mm (1/2in), 18mm (3/4in), and 25mm (1in). Whether you're undertaking fine cabinet work, joinery, or general DIY projects, these chisels deliver professional performance through quality materials and thoughtful design.
