The ONSEMI MUR120RLG is a high-performance SWITCHMODE™ power rectifier housed in a moulded epoxy case, engineered for efficiency and reliability in demanding power applications. Designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes, this ultrafast diode ensures minimal energy loss and stable operation, making it an essential component for modern power management systems.

With a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current of 1A, it delivers robust performance in a compact DO-41 package. The diode features a fast reverse recovery time of just 75ns, significantly reducing switching losses and enhancing overall circuit efficiency. Its low forward voltage of 1.25V and low leakage current contribute to improved thermal performance and energy savings.

Constructed with a high-temperature glass-passivated junction, the MUR120RLG offers outstanding stability even under elevated operating temperatures up to 175°C.
