PRO ELEC 2:1 Normal Wall Heat Shrink Tubing, Green/Yellow - 1.6mm

The PRO ELEC 2:1 Normal Wall Heat Shrink Tubing is a premium-grade, halogen-free solution for insulating and protecting electrical connections and components. Expertly manufactured from modified, radiation cross-linked polyolefin (PO), this tubing offers exceptional flexibility and shrinks at a lower temperature than many standard heat shrinks, making it ideal for safeguarding temperature-sensitive components during the application process.

This tubing features a reliable 2:1 shrink ratio, providing a secure, tight-fitting seal that is resistant to moisture, corrosion, and abrasion. Its specially designed formulation delivers excellent mechanical durability and stable electrical insulation performance across a wide operating temperature range, from -55°C to +125°C. The low minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 125°C ensure easy, controlled application with standard heat guns, minimising the risk of thermal damage to delicate parts.

It is perfect for a vast array of electrical and electronic applications, offering professional-grade protection for wire splices, connectors, terminals, and component leads. The dual green and yellow colouration is instantly recognisable for earth or ground wiring in many international standards, aiding in correct circuit identification and installation safety.

Supplied in a convenient 1.2-metre length, this heat shrink tubing is an essential consumable for electricians, engineers, and hobbyists alike, providing a clean, professional finish that enhances the longevity and reliability of any electrical assembly.
