The PRO-ELEC 7 Core CY Control Cable is a high-quality screened flexible connecting cable designed for use with instrumentation and control equipment. It is an ideal solution for tooling machinery production lines and other flexible applications that require free movement without tensile load.
Featuring Class 5 flexible plain copper conductors, this cable ensures excellent conductivity and ease of installation. The durable grey Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket provides enhanced safety by minimising toxic fume emission in the event of a fire, making it suitable for use in dry, moist, and wet rooms.
This CY control cable offers a voltage rating of 300/500V and is built to withstand demanding environments. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -30°C to +80°C when fixed, and -5°C to +70°C when flexed. The minimum bend radius is 8x overall diameter for fixed installations and 15x overall diameter when flexed.
Please note that this cable is not suitable for outdoor or underground installation. Supplied on a convenient 50-metre length, it provides ample cable for extensive wiring projects, while the 7-core design accommodates complex control circuits.
