Q.Max 15mm Sheet Metal Punch

The Q.Max 15mm Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its specially designed mechanism ensures an even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing.

This punch features heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, enhancing durability and preventing rust. Please note that each punch is sold individually and requires a hexagonal wrench (sold separately) for operation.

Instructions for smaller punches (up to 15mm) involve threading the punch onto a hexagonal screw, positioning the die nut, and using a hexagonal key to turn the screw and create the hole. Larger cutters (15mm and above) have a different configuration with fewer components and an integrated thread in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
