Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 65mm, Heat-Treated, Anti-Corrosive

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient way to cut clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures an even load distribution during cutting, resulting in a smooth, burr-free hole that requires no additional finishing.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch is built to resist rust, ensuring longevity even in demanding environments. Each punch is sold individually, and the hexagonal key (ME 14mm) must be ordered separately.

Usage Instructions

1. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole.
2. Position the die on top of the die nut.
3. Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
4. Use the hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create the hole.

Note: For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—the thread is integrated into the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
