The Rustins Quick Dry Chalky Finish Paint is specially formulated to transform and revitalise your furniture with minimal effort. Perfect for interior use, this paint contains wax for enhanced adhesion and dries to a luxurious velvety flat matt finish, giving your pieces a contemporary yet classic look.
Requiring very little preparation, this versatile paint can be applied over most previously coated surfaces, though we recommend testing a small area first for compatibility. Ideal for use on bare wood, hardboard, MDF, plaster, brickwork, and cement, it delivers a smooth and durable matt finish. (Note: Not for direct application to metals.) It also works beautifully as a finish coat over existing wood and metal primers and paints.
For a charming shabby chic effect, apply multiple coats and lightly distress the surface with fine sandpaper or steel wool to reveal subtle layers beneath. This creates a beautifully aged, vintage aesthetic.
