Timco 110mm Intumescent Pipe Wrap with 4-Hour Fire Rating
Timco fire-resistant pipe wrap for 110mm pipes. 4-hour fire rating, graphite material, easy to install. Ideal for walls & floors.
The Timco 110mm Intumescent Pipe Wrap is specially designed for fire protection around plastic piping or trunking passing through fire-resistant structures like walls and doors. Its innovative design allows easy installation during the primary construction phase, with built-in tolerance for fitting around mechanical and electrical services.
In the event of a fire, the intumescent material rapidly expands, crushing the pipe or trunking to seal the area and maintain the structural integrity of the fire-resistant barrier it passes through. This makes it a critical safety feature in both residential and commercial buildings.
