Timco Broaching Cutter - M2 HSS Steel, 24mm x 50mm, Long
High-performance Timco broaching cutter with TiAIN coating, ideal for heavy gauge materials and magnetic drills. 24mm dia, 50mm cut depth.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is a high-performance tool designed for heavy-duty applications. Manufactured from premium M2 grade high-speed steel (HSS), it excels in drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials, particularly when used with magnetic drills. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to use a pilot rod to prevent drifting during operation.
This broaching cutter features a Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, offering superior durability compared to standard Titanium Nitride (TiN) coatings. The TiAIN coating reduces friction by 20% and increases hardness by 20%, significantly extending the tool's service life.
