Timco Broaching Cutter M2 Steel 39x50mm
High-grade M2 steel broaching cutter with TiAIN coating (39mm diameter, 50mm depth) for heavy gauge materials and magnetic drills.
The Timco Broaching Cutter is manufactured from high-grade M2 tool steel, making it exceptionally suitable for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials in conjunction with magnetic drills. The inclusion of a pilot rod is essential to prevent drifting, ensuring precision during operation.
A key highlight is the Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating, which provides 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness than Titanium Nitride (TiN). This advanced coating significantly extends the tool's service life, offering superior performance for demanding applications.
