Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws, PZ Double Countersunk, A2 Stainless Steel,
Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws: A2 stainless steel, PZ double countersunk, 6.0x70mm. Ideal for corrosion-resistant fixings.
The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws are engineered for superior performance and durability, crafted from A2 Austenitic Stainless Steel (A2-304). These screws offer ultimate corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in harsh or corrosive environments, including when fixing materials with inherent corrosive characteristics such as Green Oak.
These screws feature several design enhancements to ensure optimal performance:
- Double countersunk head - Reduces the likelihood of head shear and aids in completing the countersinking process smoothly.
- 40° deep single thread - Provides a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance for enhanced hold.
- Single slash on 25mm+ screws - Helps reduce torque and minimises the risk of timber splitting when inserted near the edge.
- Fully threaded up to 75mm - Ensuring maximum grip in materials, while lengths 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length for reliable fixing.
Ideal for use with softwoods, hardwoods (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic, these screws are a versatile solution for both indoor and outdoor applications where corrosion resistance and durability are paramount.
