Timco EPDM Washer Hex Screws for Metal to Timber, 6.3x150mm, 100pc
Weatherproof Timco hex screws with EPDM washers for attaching metal to timber. Corrosion-resistant & split-reducing design. 100pc pack.
The Timco EPDM Washer Hex Screws are specially designed for securely attaching thin sheet metal (up to 0.8mm thick) to timber. Featuring an EPDM washer, these screws effectively prevent water ingress, making them ideal for exterior applications where moisture resistance is crucial. The exterior plating provides a durable, corrosion-resistant coating that withstands over 500 hours of salt-spray testing, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh conditions.
These screws come with a single slash point, which reduces torque during installation and minimises the risk of timber splitting, especially at low edge distances. The hex head design allows for easy driving with standard tools, while the fixed EPDM washer ensures a tight, weatherproof seal.
Key Features:
- Material: Case & core hardened carbon steel for strength and durability
- Finish: Exterior (silver organic) for enhanced corrosion resistance
- EPDM washer: Prevents water ingress and maintains a secure fit
- Single slash point: Lowers installation effort and reduces timber damage
- High corrosion resistance: Exceeds 500 hours salt-spray performance
Whether you're working on roofing, cladding, or fencing, these screws offer a reliable solution for long-lasting, weatherproof fastening.
