Timco Solo Chipboard & Woodscrews PZ Double Countersunk, 6.0x90mm, 100pc
Timco 6.0x90mm PZ double countersunk woodscrews (100pc) – wax-lubricated for easy, corrosion-resistant installs in timber & chipboard.
The Timco Solo Chipboard & Woodscrews are premium quality fasteners designed for professional joinery and DIY applications. These screws feature a double countersunk head which reduces the likelihood of head shear and ensures a flush finish with enhanced countersinking capability. Pre-lubricated with wax, they offer smoother insertion, higher driving torque, and improved corrosion resistance.
With a 40° deep single thread, these screws provide secure fixings with exceptional pull-out resistance – ideal for timber, chipboard, and other man-made boards. The 25° sharp point ensures fast starts and better thread acceptance while reducing the risk of splitting. All sizes up to 75mm are fully threaded; for 80mm and above (like these 90mm screws), the thread length is 70mm.
Perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects, these zinc-plated, yellow-finished carbon steel screws combine durability with easy installation. Suitable for use in masonry when paired with plastic plugs, they’re a versatile addition to any toolkit.
