Each screw is crafted from high-quality C10-18 carbon steel, heat-treated to achieve surface hardness up to 750 HV—preventing torque shearing—while maintaining a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility and resilience under load. The double countersunk head reduces the risk of head shear and ensures seamless countersinking for a flush finish. Additionally, screws sized 1 1/4” and above are partially threaded for optimal grip.
