Timco Twin-Threaded Woodscrews, PZ, Double Countersunk, Zinc, 8 x 1¾ Inch, 200p
Timco twin-thread woodscrews (8x1¾ inch) for fast fitting in timber & masonry. Zinc-plated, double countersunk head.
The Timco Twin-Threaded Woodscrews are designed for fast and secure installation in soft timber or masonry (with plastic plugs). These high-quality woodscrews feature a double countersunk head, which reduces the likelihood of head shear and ensures a flushed finish when countersinking. Made from C10-18 carbon steel, they undergo surface hardening up to 750 HV for torque resistance under load, while maintaining a 450 HV core hardness for improved ductility.
These screws feature 60° twin-threads with a parallel shank for faster insertion and superior pull-out resistance. The 25° sharp point and single lead start ensure quick threading and improved thread acceptance.
