Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings, 8.0x255mm, 100pc Pack
CE-certified Ziel-Plast ETX-M insulation fixings for ETICS. Steel-pin design prevents thermal bridging. Pack of 100.
The Timco Ziel-Plast ETX-M Insulation Fixings provide an advanced hammer-in solution for securely fastening external thermal insulation systems to concrete, brick, and block substrates. These high-performance fixings feature a robust polypropylene (PP) sleeve paired with a galvanised steel pin, designed to prevent thermal bridging while offering exceptional durability.
These fixings are specifically engineered for rapid installation, with optimised anchoring zones of 25mm and 45mm to save time on-site. Their impact-resistant head design enhances stability during hammering, while compatibility with TDW110 Insulation Fixing Washers makes them ideal for softer insulation materials like insulation wool.
Rigorously tested and CE-approved under Regulation (EU) 305/2011 (ETA-23/0351), these fixings guarantee reliable performance in facade insulation and External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). Their white colour ensures discreet blending with insulation materials after installation.
