CK TOOLS Sensoplus ESD Full Flush Side Cutter - (110mm)

The CK TOOLS Sensoplus ESD Full Flush Side Cutter is a premium precision cutting tool engineered for professionals in electronics, telecommunications, and intricate assembly work. Designed with user comfort and component safety in mind, its ergonomically sculpted dual-component handles provide exceptional grip and reduce hand fatigue during prolonged use, ensuring precise control for delicate tasks. The cutter’s standout feature is its full flush cutting capability, delivering perfectly flat cuts on component leads and fine wires without leaving protruding ends, which is essential for high-density circuit boards and reliable solder joints.

Constructed for ultimate durability, the blades feature a precision box joint for a smooth, consistent action free from blade wobble. They are induction hardened and equipped with tungsten carbide cutting edges for exceptional hardness and wear resistance, maintaining a sharp edge through extensive use. A mirror-polished surface finish prevents flaking and contamination, protecting sensitive electronic components from metallic debris. The integrated spot-welded double leaf spring eliminates the need for future adjustments or replacements, guaranteeing long-term performance consistency.

Fully compliant with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards according to IEC 61340-5-1 and 5-2, this side cutter is safe for handling static-sensitive electronic components. Its tapered head design allows for excellent access in tight spaces and crowded PCBs. This tool is an indispensable asset for electronics technicians, engineers, and hobbyists requiring reliable, precise, and safe cutting performance.
