CK Tools Vorteck Metal Drill Bit - 8mm

The CK Tools Vorteck Metal Drill Bit represents a revolution in drilling technology, engineered for maximum efficiency and precision on the job. Constructed from high-grade M35 Cobalt steel, this bit delivers superior heat dissipation, extending tool life and resisting burnout even in heavy-duty applications.

Featuring innovative Vorteck tip technology, the drill bit breaks down drilling into micro-cuts. This allows for up to twice the speed of conventional bits while efficiently clearing swarf for a smoother, cleaner cut. The fully ground flute structure and optimised tip work together to achieve clean, perfectly round holes with no burrs, meeting the highest standards of finish quality.

A standout feature is the innovative self-centring tip, which eliminates the need for pre-drilling. This ensures accuracy and ease of use, even on curved surfaces such as pipes and conduit. Furthermore, the 6.3mm (¼”) quick-lock hex shank offers ultimate versatility, making the bit fully compatible with both impact drivers and standard drill chucks for fast and secure bit changes.
