Concordia Technologies Screw Mount Cable Ties - Natural 400mm x 7.6mm

The Concordia Technologies Screw Mount Cable Ties offer a robust and permanent solution for securing cable bundles and hoses to panels, chassis, and other flat surfaces. Designed for professional and industrial applications, these ties feature an integrated screw mount base, allowing them to be securely fastened with a screw or bolt for a reliable, vibration-resistant anchor point.

Constructed from durable nylon (polyamide), these cable ties provide a secure and safe locking mechanism that will not slip or loosen over time. They exhibit excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance, making them suitable for demanding environments. Their continuous working temperature range of -40°C to +85°C ensures reliable performance in both freezing cold and hot conditions.

These screw mount ties demonstrate good resistance to bases, oils, greases, oil derivatives, and chloride solvents, protecting the integrity of the cable management system in various industrial settings. It is important to note they have limited resistance to acids and are not resistant to phenols. With a substantial minimum loop tensile strength of 230N, they are capable of bundling and holding significant loads securely in place.

Part of the Concordia Technologies ASMCT Series, this pack provides excellent value, containing 100 ties for multiple installation projects. They are ideal for organising wiring looms in control cabinets, securing cables along machinery frames, or managing lines in vehicle and marine applications, delivering a neat, professional, and long-lasting finish.
