Eclipse Mild Steel Hose Clips - 25mm 35mm

Eclipse Wormdrive Hose Clips are essential additions to any toolbox, designed to securely fasten a hose over a fitting. By clamping the hose firmly, they effectively prevent leakage and ensure a reliable connection across a wide range of applications.

Manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled mild steel, these hose clips offer medium corrosion resistance, making them suitable for various environments. They feature a zinc-plated surface treatment with Trivalent Chromate (Cr3) plating, ensuring ROHS compliance. Additionally, their corrosion resistance has been rigorously tested, enduring over 144 hours in salt spray testing.

The design prioritises both durability and hose protection. A riveted housing provides extra strength while ensuring a smooth contact surface with the hose. Furthermore, the cold-formed band thread creates a smooth underside surface profile, protecting the hose from potential damage during installation and use. The clips are fully serrated, offering extra flexibility when adjusting to achieve the perfect fit on the hose.

For ease of use, each clip is fitted with a 7mm slotted screw, allowing for straightforward tightening with a standard screwdriver. They are BS Kitemark quality assured, guaranteeing a high standard of performance and reliability. Ideal for general-purpose use, these versatile hose clips are suitable for automotive, agriculture, hardware, DIY, construction, and gardening applications, or any task requiring dependable medium corrosion resistance.
