Labfacility Self Adhesive Patch PT100 Sensor PRT - 2m

The Labfacility Self Adhesive Patch PT100 Sensor is a rugged and highly reliable surface sensing solution designed for precise temperature measurement. Encapsulated within waterproof silicone rubber, this sensor provides excellent durability and protection in demanding environments, ensuring consistent performance even when exposed to moisture or condensation.

Featuring a Class B tolerance compliant with IEC60751 standards, this Platinum Resistance Thermometer (PRT) guarantees accurate and stable readings across a wide operational temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. With a standard resistance of 100 ohms at 0°C, it is perfectly suited for universal compatibility with standard sensing instrumentation.

The sensor is equipped with a PTFE insulated lead and utilises a 4-wire tail termination, which effectively minimises lead resistance errors and ensures optimal measurement accuracy. Designed specifically for surface applications, the self-adhesive patch allows for quick, secure, and efficient mounting onto a variety of flat surfaces without the need for complex drilling or additional fixtures.

The bare wire termination offers maximum flexibility for integration into existing wiring systems, control panels, and sensing instrumentation setups. Whether used in industrial process control, environmental monitoring, or laboratory testing, this patch sensor delivers dependable and precise thermal monitoring for critical applications.
