Omron G5V-2 PCB Relay, DPCO, Through Hole - 5V

The Omron G5V-2 series is a range of through-hole electromechanical signal relays designed for general-purpose signal switching in a wide array of electronic applications. These relays feature a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) contact configuration, offering two independent switching channels in a compact, fully sealed package. The bifurcated crossbar contacts ensure reliable switching of low-level signals, from as little as 10μA up to 2A, making them suitable for both delicate signal routing and moderate power loads. With a high dielectric strength of 1000VAC between coil and contacts, and 750VAC between contacts of the same polarity, these relays provide excellent isolation and protection for your circuits. The impulse withstand voltage of 1,500V for 10 x 160μs between coil and contacts further enhances their robustness in demanding environments. Available in both standard and high-sensitivity models, the G5V-2 series offers flexibility to match your power consumption needs. The fully sealed construction protects the internal mechanism from dust, moisture, and other contaminants, ensuring long-term reliability and consistent performance. UL and CSA approvals attest to their quality and safety standards. These relays are ideal for use in telecommunications, security systems, industrial control, and power management applications. The DIL terminal layout allows for easy PCB mounting and integration, simplifying your design and assembly process. Trust Omron’s engineering excellence to deliver dependable switching performance in your next project.
