PRO-ELEC SY Control Cable 3 Core - 1.5mm 100m

The PRO-ELEC SY Control Cable is a high-quality, steel wire-braided, flexible cable engineered for instrumentation, control systems, and moving machinery. Designed for free movement without tensile load, this Class 5 flexible cable is ideal for dynamic industrial environments such as production lines, tooling machinery, and automated equipment where reliable signal and power transmission is critical.

Its construction features plain copper conductors for excellent conductivity, encased in a durable, transparent PVC jacket that allows for visual inspection of the core. This robust cable is suitable for use in dry, moist, and wet rooms, offering versatile installation options. The integral galvanised steel wire braid provides dual protection: it guards against mechanical damage and abrasion from traverse loads while also acting as an effective magnetic screen to shield against electromagnetic interference, ensuring signal integrity.

With a voltage rating of 300/500V and a wide operating temperature range, this cable performs reliably in fixed installations from -40°C to +80°C and in flexing applications from -5°C to +70°C. Engineers will appreciate the specified minimum bend radii, which are 10 times the outer diameter for fixed routing and 20 times for flexing use, promoting long-term cable life and preventing conductor damage.

It is important to note that this screened cable is not designed for outdoor or underground installation. As a core component in electrical control systems, its reliable performance, flexibility, and protective braiding make it a trusted choice for maintaining the efficiency and safety of complex industrial operations.
