PRO ELEC SY Control Cable, 5 Core, Flexible - 2.5mm 50m

The PRO ELEC SY Control Cable is a professional-grade, steel wire-braided flexible cable engineered for demanding industrial control applications. Designed with Class 5 flexible plain copper conductors, it offers exceptional durability and reliability for connecting instrumentation, control equipment, and machinery on production lines where free movement is required.

Its robust construction features a transparent PVC jacket, making it suitable for installation in dry, moist, and wet rooms. The critical steel wire braiding provides a dual function: superior mechanical protection against transverse loads and an effective magnetic screen to shield against electrical interference, ensuring signal integrity in sensitive environments.

This cable is rated for voltages up to 300/500V and performs across a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +80°C when fixed, and -5°C to +70°C when flexed. It is designed for flexible applications without tensile load, with specified minimum bend radii of 10 times the outer diameter when fixed and 20 times when flexed, preventing damage during installation and use.

Ideal Applications

• Connecting control panels to motors, sensors, and actuators on tooling machinery.
• Wiring for production line automation and instrumentation systems.
• Flexible power and control supply for moving machine parts within industrial equipment.

Important Note: This cable is not intended for outdoor or underground installation. For indoor industrial settings requiring a shielded, flexible, and robust control solution, the PRO ELEC SY Control Cable delivers proven performance and safety.
