Q-FIRE LSF Cable P-Clips for Fire-Resistant Cables - Black

The Q-FIRE LSF Cable P-Clips are an essential component for professional and safe electrical installations, specifically designed for securing fire-resistant cabling. These P-clips provide a secure, compliant, and durable method for routing cables in areas where fire safety is paramount.

Fabricated from copper, each clip is robustly powder coated. This coating serves a dual purpose: it prevents damage to the cable insulation during installation and long-term use, and it provides excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and impact, ensuring longevity even in demanding environments.

A key feature is their LSF (Low Smoke and Fume) rating. In the unfortunate event of a fire, these clips are engineered to minimise the emission of dense smoke and toxic fumes. This makes them particularly recommended for public areas and buildings where occupant safety and clear evacuation routes are critical, as reduced smoke emission can significantly aid visibility and escape.

These cable clips are specifically intended for use in the installation of fire-resistant cable systems. They meet the stringent requirements of the British Standard BS 5839-1: 2017 for fire detection and alarm systems, providing assurance of their suitability for life-safety applications. The screw-mount design allows for a strong, permanent fix to various surfaces, ensuring cables remain securely in place.

Supplied in convenient packs, they are ideal for both small projects and larger installations. Their compact design allows for neat and discreet cable management, contributing to a professional finish while upholding the highest standards of fire safety and electrical compliance.
