All questionsOnce your order is dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page by entering your order number and postcode. Registered customers can view order status in their account dashboard.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns procedure. If you need to modify your order, please contact customer service immediately. For orders already in transit, standard cancellation and restocking fees apply.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide your order number and photos of any damage when contacting us.
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition and packaging. If goods are cancelled whilst in transit, a 20% cancellation charge and 20% restocking fee will apply.
