Measuring 30mm x 30mm x 5mm, its highly micro‑porous structure provides an exceptionally large surface area compared to conventional copper or aluminium heatsinks. This unique property enables excellent heat dissipation without the heat being stored within the material itself, making it highly efficient for active cooling.
