The Arduino Nicla Sense Env (ABX00089) is a compact yet powerful environmental sensing board, designed to expand the capabilities of your Portenta, MKR, or Nano projects. This board integrates three state-of-the-art sensors from Renesas®, delivering precise measurements of temperature, humidity, and air quality. With an ultra-low power temperature and humidity sensor, and two industrial-grade gas sensors, it is perfectly suited for evaluating air quality in both indoor and outdoor environments.
The board is built around a 48MHz Arm® Cortex® M23 microcontroller, which is not accessible or programmable by the user, ensuring seamless and reliable operation. It comes with 128KB of flash memory and 16KB of SRAM, providing ample storage for your applications. Connectivity is facilitated through a range of peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC (x2), UART (x1), I2C (x1), and SPI (x1).
The onboard Renesas HS4001 sensor provides accurate humidity and temperature readings, making it an ideal choice for environmental monitoring projects. The board measures a compact 22.86mm x 22.86mm, enabling easy integration into your existing designs. This kit includes the Nicla Sense Board and an ESLOV cable, so you can start developing right out of the box.
