ATMEL 8-Bit 8051 Flash Microcontroller SMD

The ATMEL 8-bit 8051 Flash Microcontroller is a low-power, high-performance CMOS microcontroller featuring 20kB of flash programmable read-only memory and 256 bytes of RAM. Manufactured using high-density nonvolatile memory technology, this device is fully compatible with the industry-standard 80C51 and 80C52 instruction sets and pinouts. The on-chip flash allows the program memory to be easily programmed by a conventional nonvolatile memory programmer.

By combining a versatile 8-bit CPU with flash on a monolithic chip, this microcontroller provides a highly flexible and powerful solution for various computing needs. It is fully compatible with MCS-51 products and boasts an impressive 10,000 write/erase cycles endurance. Operating at a fully static frequency of 0 to 33MHz, it ensures reliable performance across diverse environments.

Additional features include a programmable serial channel, low-power idle and power-down modes, and interrupt recovery from power-down mode.
