Housed in a practical and stylish anodised die-cast aluminium enclosure with a height of only 2.5cm, the programmer draws all required power directly from a USB 2.0 port. This eliminates the need for an external power adapter or batteries, as internal voltage generators provide all necessary programming voltages from the USB supply. Chips are programmed with a high level of quality and reproducibility in the shortest possible time, thanks to optimised algorithms and microcontroller-managed timing.
The unit features a high-quality 32-pin ZIF socket, allowing direct programming of chips in DIP/DIL packages. For specialised packages such as PLCC, SOP, TSOP, and QFP, suitable adapters are available. Key capabilities include automatic chip identification, multi-programmer control, and an automatic programming start function.
