The BERGQUIST Sil-Pad 400 is a high-performance, thermally conductive insulator sheet designed to provide a clean and reliable thermal interface solution. This silicone rubber and fibreglass composite sheet delivers excellent heat dissipation with a thermal conductivity of 0.9W/m.K, ensuring efficient thermal management for sensitive electronic components. Its electrically isolating properties, with a minimum breakdown voltage of 3.5kV, make it a safe and effective barrier between heat-generating devices and heat sinks.
