BERNSTEIN Tiny Ti2 Roller Lever Limit Switch, 2NC, 10A, 250V AC

The BERNSTEIN Tiny Ti2 Series compact limit switch is engineered for precision and durability in industrial applications. With a robust plastic body, it features 4 M3.5 screw terminals and self-lifting clamps for secure and straightforward wiring. The fibreglass-reinforced PBT enclosure is rated UL94V-0, ensuring self-extinguishing properties for enhanced safety, while the PA 6.6 hinged snap lid provides easy access and reliable closure.

This switch is designed to meet DIN EN 50047 mounting standards, making it a versatile choice for various automation and process control systems. Its snap-action mechanism ensures a defined switching status even with very slow actuation, eliminating undefined states. The positive break function and 2mm contact opening (per EN 81-1) make it suitable for lift safety circuits, and the possibility of 2-channel safety monitoring enhances its reliability in critical applications.

The roller lever actuator can be mounted in four 90° positions, offering flexible installation. With an IP65 protection rating, it is well-protected against dust and water ingress. The switch is available with different contact configurations (slow-action or snap-action) and features Type-Zb galvanic isolated terminals for added safety. This model offers a 2NC contact configuration, a maximum AC current of 10A, and a maximum AC voltage of 250V, with a maximum operating force of 7N.
