The Brainboxes SW-535 is a robust industrial-grade 5-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch designed to deliver reliable network connectivity and power in the most demanding environments. By combining data and electrical power transmission over a single Ethernet cable, it eliminates the need for separate, costly electrical installations, streamlining deployment and reducing complexity.

Featuring four Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) capable ports, the switch supports the IEEE 802.3af/at standards, providing reliable power to connected devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones. This allows for flexible device placement in locations where power outlets are inaccessible or impractical. The fifth Gigabit Ethernet port ensures high-speed data backbone connectivity.

Built for industrial resilience, the switch operates across an extensive temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, ensuring stable performance in harsh conditions like factories, warehouses, or outdoor enclosures. Its redundant dual power inputs (+44V to +57V DC) enhance system reliability by providing a backup power source, minimising downtime.

The compact, DIN-rail-mountable design allows for easy integration into control cabinets and industrial racks, saving valuable panel space. Smart LED indicators provide real-time status monitoring for power, link activity, and PoE status, enabling quick visual diagnostics and efficient network management.
