Equipped with an internal shield, this optocoupler provides a common-mode transient immunity specification of up to 15000V/μs at Vcm=1000V. This unique design delivers maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining TTL compatibility. Furthermore, the AC and DC operational parameters are specified across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliable and trouble-free system performance even in demanding conditions.
