Broadcom 1-channel digital optocoupler (3.75kV, 15Mbaud, SOIC 8-pin). Ideal for high-speed logic interfacing & high-noise environments.
The Broadcom Digital Optocoupler is a high-performance 3.3V/5V optically coupled gate device that combines a GaAsP LED with an integrated high-gain photo detector. Designed for precision and reliability, this optocoupler features an enable input that allows the detector to be strobed, providing excellent flexibility in circuit design. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky-clamped transistor, ensuring efficient and stable signal processing.
An internal shield guarantees a common mode transient immunity specification of 15kV/ms, making this component highly effective in environments with extremely high ground or induced noise. It offers low power consumption and is fully compatible with LVTTL/LVCMOS logic standards. The device also guarantees consistent AC and DC performance across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Please note that normal static precautions should be taken during handling and assembly to prevent damage or degradation induced by ESD.
