CamdenBoss CIM Component Carrier 8 Way 1A 250V

CamdenBoss CIM 8 Way Component Carrier 1A 250V is a low-profile 8-way carrier for housing user-installed electronic components, such as diodes, with a rating of 1A and 250V.

Overview

The CamdenBoss CIM Component Carrier offers a compact solution for housing and protecting electronic components within an 8-way terminal block format. Its primary function is to safeguard circuits by providing protection against return voltage, which helps to enhance system stability and reduce the risk of damage to sensitive components.

Key Features

• Low-profile housing for installations where space is limited
• 45° cable entry to support easier wiring and neater routing
• Protection against return voltage
• Supplied as an empty 8-way carrier for user component installation
• Rated for 1A current and 250V voltage

Installation and Applications

The carrier is supplied without pre-installed components, so engineers and technicians can fit the specific diodes or other components required for their application. This flexibility makes it suitable for prototyping, custom builds, and industrial maintenance. It can be fitted in control panels, enclosures, and instrumentation, where the 45° cable entry helps to reduce strain on connections and improve the overall tidiness of the assembly.
