The Chemtronics Coventry V-Groove and Ceramic Ferrule Cleaning Swabs are constructed from cleanroom quality, synthetic materials. The head is thermoformed and welded to the handle in a single step using a proprietary process. This yields an exceptionally clean swab that will not fall apart during use, ensuring reliable and consistent performance when dealing with delicate components.

These swabs are resistant to many acids and solvents, including acetone, making them highly versatile for demanding environments. As the flattest and thinnest swab available, they are ideal for cleaning small precision surfaces. They will not leave any residue behind as they contain no adhesives or binders. The wicking action quickly pulls solvent from surfaces, whilst the delicate edge and fabric head ensure the swab will not scratch sensitive areas.

For tough cleaning tasks, these swabs can be used with Electro-Wash® Precision Cleaners and the CCp™ on hard-to-remove soils. Supplied in a convenient tube of 50 swabs, they offer a long-lasting cleaning solution with a 2-year shelf life.
