The COMUS RI-80 SMD Series Reed Switch is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) ultra-micro dry-reed switch hermetically sealed in a gas-filled glass envelope. Featuring normally open (NO) contacts, it contains two magnetically actuated reeds. Designed as a double-ended type, this switch can be actuated by an electromagnet, a permanent magnet, or a combination of both.

Engineered for reliability, it boasts gold and sputtered ruthenium contact layers that ensure excellent conductivity and consistent performance. The superior glass-to-metal seal and precise blade alignment further enhance its robust operation in demanding environments.
