CYTRON Maker Pi Pico Base Board

The CYTRON Maker Pi Pico Base Board is a comprehensive, all-in-one project platform designed to simplify prototyping and experimenting with the Raspberry Pi Pico. This innovative base board eliminates the need for complex breadboarding and soldering by integrating a wide array of ready-to-use components directly accessible via the Pico's GPIO pins.

The board offers exceptional ease of use, featuring easy access to all Pico pins via headers and LED access indicators on every GPIO pin, allowing you to visually monitor signal activity at a glance. It includes three programmable push buttons for user input, a versatile RGB LED, a 3.5mm audio port, a buzzer for sound output, a MicroSD card slot for data storage, and an ESP-01 socket for adding Wi-Fi capability.

A key feature is the inclusion of six Grove ports, providing a standardised, plug-and-play interface for connecting a vast ecosystem of external sensors, displays, and actuators without soldering. This makes it ideal for educational settings, rapid prototyping, and hobbyist projects.

For direct connection, the Pico requires male headers to be soldered to it with the pins pointing down.
