This 1-channel high voltage Darlington Output Optocoupler consists of an infrared LED and a high voltage NPN silicon photo Darlington. It features an integral base-emitter resistor specifically designed to optimise switching speed and elevated temperature characteristics, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
The device offers a minimum high BVCEO of 100V alongside a maximum low collector dark current of 100nA. Operating with a low input current of just 1mA, it provides excellent efficiency for sensitive electronic circuits. With a robust isolation voltage of 5.3kV and a minimum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 1000%, this optocoupler guarantees secure signal isolation and accurate transmission across its 6 pins.
