Designed with tin-plated terminals, this transistor ensures reliable solderability in accordance with MIL-STD-202, method 208 standards. The moulded plastic case boasts a UL94V-0 flame rating, providing enhanced safety for your electronic assemblies.

This transistor is a complement to the FZT651 series and is recognised as a green product. It features Level-1 moisture sensitivity per J-STD-020, offering unlimited floor life for manufacturing convenience. Furthermore, it is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for demanding automotive environments and other rigorous applications.

With a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 60V and a continuous collector current of 3A, this transistor delivers robust power dissipation of 2W. It operates efficiently with a DC current gain (hFE) of 200 and a transition frequency of 140MHz, capable of withstanding maximum operating temperatures of up to 150°C.
