The EMBEST AM1808 Single Board Computer is a compact, high-performance controller board designed with an integrated 4.3-inch LCD touch screen display. Powered by the Texas Instruments AM1808 ARM9 low-power application processor, it enables quick market entry for devices requiring robust operating system support, rich user interfaces, and high processing performance. This fully integrated mixed processor solution offers maximum flexibility for original equipment manufacturers.

The board takes full advantage of the AM1808 microprocessor, featuring 128MB Mobile DDR SDRAM and 128MB NAND Flash onboard. It exposes a wide array of hardware interfaces, including Serial port, LCD/TSP, USB Host/OTG, Ethernet, Audio, SATA, dual camera interfaces, and a TF card slot. A 14-pin JTAG interface is also available for use with an XDS100v2 emulator. Additionally, the board supports optional Wi-Fi, camera, and 3G modules for expanded connectivity.

Supplied as a ready-to-run solution, it includes Linux 2.6.33 and WinCE 6.0 Board Support Packages (BSP). The compact board measures 43 mm in height, 33 mm in width, and 15 mm in depth, with a total weight of 1000 grams.
