Featuring a robust male-to-female configuration, this spacer is precision-engineered with an M2.5 thread size, a 5mm spacer length, and a 6mm male stud, alongside a 4mm A/F (across flats) hex size. Constructed from premium brass (CuZn40Pb2) and finished with a durable nickel plating, it offers excellent conductivity and superior corrosion resistance.
Manufactured to strict tolerances, the hex size conforms to DIN 7168 medium, while the screw thread adheres to DIN 13 part 13 (cut). The thread undercut is compliant with DIN 76, and the screw thread end features a flat point similar to DIN 85. The length of the half dog point is approximately ±0.25 mm, ensuring consistent and accurate alignments in your assemblies.
